Tom graduated from LaSalle University with a degree in Economics and Finance in 1991. Before joining MassMutual Greater Philadelphia in 2007, he held various compliance positions with Citizens Bank and Allianz Insurance. He started his career as a securities trader at PNC Securities and WR Hambrecht & Co. and offers 33 years of industry experience. Tom works to identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and determines the appropriate response. As a member of our Leadership Team, Tom reports on the industry regulations that impact our firm. As the Head of Compliance, Tom partners with our financial professionals in implementing MassMutual compliance programs and maintaining our reputation for conducting business in a highly ethical manner. He holds the FINRA Series 4, 7, 24, and 63 registrations (www.FINRA.org).
