Anthony is a proven leader, dedicated to serving his clients, his firm and his community.
As an advisor, he led all new associates at MassMutual Greater Philadelphia (MMGP) in policies sold from 2008-11 and was named MMGP’s New Advisor of the Year in 2009 and 2011. He is a perennial Leaders Club qualifier with MassMutual (2007-2014) and led all MassMutual advisors throughout the country in class years 2, 3, and 4 in policies sold.
In 2012, Anthony took on the role of Vice President of Agency Sales where he helped recruit, train, and develop new advisors within his own team. He has consistently been amongst the top MassMutual managers in developing Rising Leaders, a benchmark for inexperienced advisors that ensures future success in the industry. In recognition of those results, he has qualified for MassMutual Management Council from 2015-2017. Anthony was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2017 and to Assistant General Agent in 2018. As Assistant GA, he is responsible for the training and development of all MMGP New Advisors, Managing Associates, and Sales Managers.
Anthony currently holds his Life, Accident, and Health license and FINRA Series 6, 7, 24, 63, and 65 registrations. He obtained his Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation in 2013 and his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation in 2016.
Anthony Spatichia is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Anthony is a board member on his high school Hall of Fame committee, participates in various local charities, and is an active member of the Greater Philadelphia NAIFA chapter. A lifelong Philadelphia sports fan, Anthony is a season ticket holder of the Philadelphia Eagles and enjoys playing golf in his free time.
He and his wife, Erica, reside in Broomall, PA with their daughters, Angelina and Nicolette.
